About Swamiji
Swami Paramarthanandaji - (Our direct Guruji)
Swami Paramarthanandaji is a Srotriya Brahma Nishta Guru. Swamiji has studied Advaita Vedanta for 3 years in Sandeepani Ashram under the tutelage of Swami Dayananda Saraswatiji and Swami Chinmayanandaji. Ever since then, for four decades Swami Paramarthanandaji has been teaching Advaita Vedanta in English in Chennai, with untiring dedication and enthusiasm. His teaching is in classroom style. His style is simple, clear, lucid, concept based, with apt illustrations which gives us doubtless knowledge. He won laurels from Acharyas around the globe.
Swamiji has been teaching Prakarana Granthas, Upanishads - Mulam, Bhashyam and Anubhuti Prakasika, Brahma Sutras, Bhagavadgeeta - Mulam and Bhashyam. All his lectures are recorded and are available in his Trust titled Yogamalika. It is a vast treasure.

A ten-days camp with like-minded people, in a holy atmosphere, far from mundane pressures, enables Satsang members to concentrate on Vedanta and get Jeevanmukti. Every Year Vedanta Retreat has been arranged in a holy place wherein the members learn selective Vedantic texts along with Guided Meditation, Yoga Asanas and Satsang activities. ARSHA VIDYA TARANGINI BOOKS PUBLICATIONS
Swami ParamarthAnandji’s teachings are in simple, clear, lucid style in English. Inspired by Swamiji’s teachings, his teachings on Prasthana Trayam and a few more Vedantic Texts are translated into Telugu. Blessed by Swamiji, 20 books have been published so far and few more are yet to come.
The Telugu translations are in simple, colloquial language with an easy flow of readability. No where Swamiji’s speech is diluted or distracted or distorted. The spirit and essence of the original speech is given a written form. The translations look more like an original. Almost all the books have been reprinted.
These books won the appreciation of Swamijis, learned people and common man as well. The list of books are given below:
Events
As students of Advaita Vedanta, it is our prime duty to - pay respects to our Guru Parampara on Guru Purnima, pay tributes to Sankaracharya on Sankara Jayanti and pray to Lord Krishna and our Smriti Grantha on Gita Jayanti.
So every year these three events will be celebrated by our allied Satsang groups viz.Arsha Anand Kuteer, Vedanta Senior Citizens and Daya Satsang respectively.
