Initiating a Cancellation Request

Send an email to our official contact address with the subject line: "Cancellation Request." Include your full name, registration details, and the event/course you wish to cancel.

Cancellation Timelines

• Up to 15 days prior to the event/course start date: A full refund (excluding administrative fees) will be processed.
• Within 7–14 days prior to the start date: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
• Less than 7 days or after the event has commenced: No refund will be provided.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after the cancellation request has been approved.
